Nigerian singer and Businessman Davido and his fiancee Chioma Rowland have allegedly lost their  son Ifeanyi Adedeji Adeleke Jr.  

 More details surrounding the death of Ifeanyi remain sketchy.

However, unconfirmed reports hint that Davido’s son with Chioma reportedly drowned in a pool. 

According to the emerging reports he drowned in the family pool at their home in Banana Island. It is reported that he stayed underneath the water for a while before he was discovered and rushed to the hospital.

He was pronounced dead upon arriving at the Evergreen Hospital in Lekki by one of the attending doctors.

The incident took place on Monday 31 st night through social media posts of the family’s close friends.

The young Ifeanyi celebrated his third birthday a few weeks ago.

Ifeanyi was under the care of the nannies as Chioma and Davido had traveled for a family gathering in Ibadan.

Since the news broke to members of the public, messages of condolences have started streaming in from Nigeria and beyond.

The immediate family is yet to make an official statement about the developing story.
