Thursday, October 20 at 6 am. The day exiled controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna is set to arrive from Canada after a three- year wait following an imposition of red alerts imposed against him by former president Uhuru Kenyatta's administration.
Miguna was happy to announce the news of his return, revealing that the Kenya Kwanza government had lifted the ban, one month after he announced that the red alerts would be lifted.
"The Government of William Ruto and Rigathi Gachagua has lifted the red alerts Uhuru Kenyatta illegally imposed against me with the convinnance of Raila Odinga.
My Arrival: October 20 at 6 AM. The Rule of Law, fearlessness, persistence and focus have prevailed," the controversial lawyer stated on his Twitter account.
The lawyer was deported on March 28, 2018 for his role in the unofficial swearing-in of then opposition leader Raila Odinga as the People’s President.
